Our team is looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist specialized in Conversational AI to join our innovative Data Science & AI department. The ideal candidate will drive development in our conversational AI initiatives, enhancing how we engage customers across various platforms, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience. This role involves deep technical expertise in machine learning, NLP, and AI to develop predictive models and intelligent solutions that support real-time decision making and automate customer interactions. Lead the design and implementation of advanced conversational AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Walmart’s existing systems. Conduct ongoing research to remain abreast of new technology trends in AI and machine learning. Optimize AI systems for scalability and real-time performance. Mentor junior data scientists and oversee their projects. Analyze complex datasets to improve machine learning models. Prepare and present findings to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Deep understanding of NLP and machine learning algorithms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
