Job Description:
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they
provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build
innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Amazon Web
Services (AWS) is looking for a world class Partner Development
Specialist (PDS) to grow the AWS Generative Artificial Intelligence
& Machine Learning (AI/ML) business through consulting, technology
and/or distribution partners in North America. In this role you
will develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that enable
AWS partners to build solutions, offerings, and new capabilities
that meet the needs of their customers. This is a very exciting
opportunity to work on the forefront of this exciting field
alongside some of the most innovative companies in the world.
Activities include building and executing joint get-to-market and
go-to-market plans, educating partners on our services, helping
partners innovate with our services, and unblocking challenges that
our partners face in realizing business growth. You will be
responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market
adoption of partner solutions and capabilities. You will also serve
as an internal AI & machine learning subject matter expert aligned
to support partner management teams. You will drive successful
partnership initiatives at scale, as well as use sales or business
development techniques to drive GTM motions. You will think
strategically to solve business, product, and technical challenges
and dive deep into data to uncover business opportunities. Key job
responsibilities - Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Generative AI &
Machine Learning business through our partners in North America. -
Support partners across different stages of their development
including practice development, offering/solution development,
enablement, and leveraging AWS programs. - Drive partner revenue
through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business
reviews with partners to exceed annual goals. - Engage with partner
management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers
to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS. - Serve as an AI
& Machine learning subject matter expert who advocates for AWS
partner capabilities internally and externally. - Exceed sales,
business development, or alliance management goals against annual
growth targets for technical products - Work and communicate with
multiple stakeholders and drive strategic plans across various
teams including solution architecture, product management, partner
management, and account management teams - Define business goals
and develop and execute go-to-market plans that exceed goals. About

experience - 5 years of professional or military experience -
Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence

Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations -

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
