for a Bathroom Sales Manager. Our company is experiencing
tremendous growth and is in need of a Sales Manager to help us meet
our lead demand! We spend tens of thousands of dollars every month
to get our sales reps into appointments. We need a closer to help
run and grow our team!! We have a solid foundation of reps. Now we
are looking for a manager who can add and retain high-producing
reps. LEADS ARE NOT A PROBLEM. We are family-owned, so no red tape.

Qualifications:*Sandler Sales experience a PLUSProven experience
managing and leading a staff of 7 to 12 sales repsWilling and able
to teach new closing techniquesPrevious results presenting high end
productsProven results as a Sales ManagerAlready a great trainer
and motivator, with success stories to prove itIn home sales a
plusAbility to keep closing rates above 35%Skilled at conducting
effective "ride-alongs" with repsWe offer Salary + Comm and
overridesWe have great installers Exclusive products & financingJob
