Job Description:

Operations organization within Enterprise Technology is responsible
for monitoring and managing the end-to-end delivery and support of
enterprise technology services across The Walt Disney Company and
its business segments. This organization ensures adherence to
defined service levels and completion of approved work. It conducts
service improvement initiatives through proactive monitoring and
analytics, leveraging partnerships with the Business, Customer
base, and Suppliers to successfully deliver services that meet
expectations. It also coordinates and leads the resolution of
service delivery issues between in-scope and out-of-scope
groups.The Premier Services Executive support team handles full
end-to-end delivery and coordination of all executive support
services to executive and critical business clients within The Walt
Disney Company (TWDC). The team comprises cross-functional and
technical support analysts providing white glove support and
services. The role of Executive Support Analyst involves delivering
all aspects of service for a defined set of executive customers,
including fulfilling service requests, resolving incidents, and
acting as the liaison for all IT activities.This includes the
delivery of end-to-end IT services for executive and critical
business clients, encompassing service request fulfillment, issue
resolution, key communications, and status
reporting.Responsibilities include:
- Delivering day-to-day IT services and solutions, including
consultation with executives, technical analysis, and solution
development.
- Prioritizing and managing deliverables in high-profile,
time-sensitive, high-pressure situations while maintaining
professionalism.
- Monitoring end-to-end service delivery, proactively
communicating issues to clients, and providing alternative
solutions as required.
- Coordinating support problems across multiple vendors and
suppliers for impacting issues.
- Ensuring appropriate escalation of service issues.
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of the Client Services
portfolio and establishing strong relationships across IT service
delivery areas.
- Implementing and managing continuous improvement activities to
enhance solutions for clients.
- Assisting Enterprise Technology product managers and engineers
in strategy and planning exercises related to the executive and
broad client community.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Creating system and support documentation as needed for the
knowledge base.
- Having functional knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V
technologies as used in an enterprise environment.
- Providing home IT support and solutions for designated
clients.
- Offering after-hours support for IT projects, special events,
Priority 1 incidents, and executive requests as needed.
- Maintaining the ability to work autonomously while providing
visibility on critical items.
- Analyzing complex business and technical data to develop
innovative solutions.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related fieldThe hiring range for this
position in California is $104,400.00 - $140,000.00 per year. The
actual offer will consider internal equity, geographic region,
knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses
and long-term incentives, along with medical, financial, and other
