The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, should have exceptional multi-tasking skills and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, nonexempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE:Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systemsOperate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc.Demonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clientsAbility to communicate recommendations and servicesDemonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standardsAbility to demonstrate punctualityParticipate in weekly meetings for continuing training and developmentSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR HVAC SALES RESPRESENTATIVE:Strong communication, sales and customer service skillsAbility to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company imageAnalytical, focused on quality, and results-drivenAbility to understand and follow oral and written directionsExcel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our businessSatisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background checkValid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractionsProficiency with mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required)PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE:Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs.Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawlOccasionally required to sit or balanceSpecific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptionModerate exposure to physical riskWork is performed in residential properties which may include attics, garages, crawl spaces and roof topsGROOMING:Well-Groomed Appearance (once hired) - a business-like haircut, clean shaven (no beards or mustaches), no visible tattoos (i.e. hands, fingers, face, neck and ears)EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:Paid TrainingAverage starting salary is $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearTools providedCompany vehicle with gas card401kMedical, dental, vision and life insuranceCome and join a winning team!We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
