Strategy & Wealth Management team in the US.position can sit in St
Peterburg, FL, NY, San Mateo, Rancho CordovaWhat is the Digital
Strategy & Wealth Management (DSWM) group responsible for?Franklin
Templeton's DSWM team is responsible for establishing and
implementing Franklin Templeton's Digital Strategy, and the
successful implementation of those strategies across wealth
Management, banking and insurance, globally. The DSWM team develops
high level digital capabilities and expertise giving Franklin
Templeton (FT) the ability to expand distribution with existing and
new clients and increase our revenue by participating in adjacent
businesses across the wealth management value chain.What is the
Digital Solutions Consultant responsible for? The Digital Solutions
Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation and
deployment of a new generation of digital distribution products at
Franklin Templeton. You will manage high profile initiatives that
redefine wealth management and retirement planning across the
industry. Digital Strategy & Wealth Management deployments require
a keen interest and preferably experience of investments and
technology, in addition to strong project management and
communication skills. You will become an expert on FT's digital
offerings, with in depth knowledge of digital products that deliver
success for clients. At FT, this also requires a broad knowledge of
other disciplines across the organization that you will rely on to
support your goals.You have a passion for crafting market leading
Digital product experiences for our clients. This is an exciting
opportunity to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial segment within
FT and directly contribute to the development of a new business.The
ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on, is ambitious, and
excels at execution, while also being flexible to changing
priorities and often ambiguous requirements. You are a project
manager, relationship manager and a problem solver with a key focus
on identifying and solving issues that have a tangible business
impact.What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help
someone to be successful?Key Responsibilities
- The ability to understand and synthesize client objectives and
goals, paired with accountability to deliver solutions
- Engage with the Client to understand, redesign, and deploy
strategic business workflows across the wealth management,
retirement, and investment advisory business
- Work directly with the Client to build and coordinate the
implementation project plan, as well as the coordination of
resources across multiple functional areas
- Lead and document business and operational workflow design
sessions covering all aspects of the client user journey
- Lead, coordinate, and assist in client-specific configuration,
testing and user training
- Work closely with the Client and FT Product Managers to support
client development needs
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services,
market positioning and future capabilities to ensure clients take
full advantage of our digital products and services
- Participate in Presales activities - assisting in product
demonstrations, implementation pre-planning and client due
diligence, as a product/workflow subject matter expert.
- Actively lead client communications regarding product changes
and configurations,
- Drive adoption of the platform and provide continuous education
to clients on product roadmap/enhancements
- Focus on continuous improvement to ensure each deployment
improves the Implementation modelQualifications
- Execution focused with experience managing Projects through to
completion
- Experience implementing scalable and repeatable business
processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build
relationships with internal and client senior management
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to
clients
- Well organized with the ability to manage several priorities
with a hands-on approach
- Excellent creative, analytical and computer skills with an
entrepreneurial approach to large, complex projects, and ability to
execute autonomously
- Enjoys a fast paced, high-intensity and complex environment,
troubleshooting time critical issues and working with people
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail; willing to take proactive action,
and desire to roll up sleeves
- Established, relevant industry experience
- Multi-lingual is highly advantageousNice if you have
- Good understanding of investment and/or Wealth Management
business and processes
- Experience with platform integrations (e.g., interfaces,

in making compensation decisions including but not limited to
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At
Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all
aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration
in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position
to range between$91,100-$107,200.What makes Franklin Templeton
