Our staff is well-trained and highly skilled qualities that are vital to maintaining excellence in care and service.**Responsibilities****Position Summary:**Administers data collection and analysis involved in calculating physician and Medical Group compensation programs. Acts in a lead capacity with Physician Comp Analyst in the area of training auditing and mentoring. Works with Physician Compensation group to ensure physicians and Medical Groups are paid in a timely & accurate manner. Recommends program & system solutions to address changing needs of the department. Leads compensation support through survey participation & analysis reviewing and distributing compensation and productivity reports conducting analyses requested and/or required by the executive leadership Board of Directors (BOD) Medical Directors individual providers and corporate counsel.**Core Duties:**+ Assumes responsibility for the administration & implementation of pay practices approved by the respective governing bodies for Medical Foundation medical groups.+ Ensures appropriate interpretation of pay practices and contract language.+ Audits integrity of compensation and productivity data+ Produces monthly productivity reports and packages for individual providers and management.+ Researches issues questions using historical files & makes recommendations based on analysis.+ Responds to physician and Medical Group leadership inquiries regarding salaries productivity reports and compensation calculations.+ Researches & reconciles discrepancies on physician compensation calculation.+ Participates in the development & implementation of new systems & databases relating to physician compensation.+ Interprets and communicates physician compensation programs and policies to physicians & management.+ Recommends clarification of policy problems.+ Performs compensation functions such as: implementing/administration of physician compensation programs reviewing and distributing productivity and compensation reports participating in salary surveys & analyzing survey data providing analytic support on compensation projects.+ Conducts individual provider audits as necessary.+ Assist in the annual forecasting of provider compensation based on new AMGA RVU rates+ Stakeholder in Income Distribution Committees and other committees charged with the development and/or authority to develop or direct physician compensation calculations and activities.+ Manage the tracking of contract terms to ensure that reconciliations and bonuses are paid within the timeframes specified in the employment agreements.+ Performs other duties as assigned.+ Calculates PSA monthly and ensures calculations are both accurate and timely+ Develop update and distribute monthly and quarterly productivity reports and packages for individual providers and management+ Works closely with Legal and Provider Contracting to ensure that any changes to the PSAs are accurate and able to be administered. Reviews all employment contracts and PSA qualified amendments for accuracy and notifies Legal of any changes required.+ Responsible for educating Dignity Health Medical Foundation Executive Leadership with production and compensation data and reporting.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.+ 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting or physician compensation.+ Medical Group data compilation development reporting and analysis.+ Proficient in data development and report preparation.+ Senior skill level in Excel and Access.+ Effective communication skills.+ Analytical and data management skills necessary to collect and analyze substantial sized data files.+ Consistently demonstrating the knowledge skills abilities discretion and behaviors necessary to provide superior service to physicians providers team members and leadership.+ Must be able to demonstrate a great deal of independent judgement as it applies to discretion and decision making.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ 2-5 years in a Lead position+ Healthcare experience preferred.+ Microsoft Reporting Services experience.+ Experience with relational databases.A compensation range of $75,000 to $115,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
