Hiring Immediately for A Customer Service Representative and a Dispatcher for our Electrical Service Company. We do everything and anything electrical related to Homes and or Businesses. We are a fast growing family owned and operated company and are looking for team players. Our customer service representatives answer phones and emails in a timely manner to book and schedule services for our customers. This is a fast-paced position requiring focus, professionalism and a positive attitude especially when things do not go as planned. Do you have experience in customer service, office assistant, office worker, office manager? Dispatching is a very important role and duties will include routing technicians through out the day, reviewing finished and completed jobs, communicating with customers and electricians on the field. Software we use and operate on a daily is Service Titan and will provide training. We are looking for A self starter, someone who is able to multi task, and has a desire to provide great customer service and has the ability to communicate with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities:* Scheduling Appointments* Answering Inbound Calls* Communicating clearly and efficiently with customers for appointments * Communicating with Dispatch regarding scheduled appointments* Outbound / Cold Calling* Making work Packets for electricians out in the field * Making happy calls to existing clients (follow ups)* Dispatching Electricians* Communicating and updating clients on scheduled appointments * Schedule CoordinatingQualifications:* 1+ year customer service experience* Ability to Multi-Task* Friendly Up Beat Positive Attitude* High School Diploma or Equivalent * Speak English* Must have reliable transportation to and from work * Wage is Depending on Experience
