Our motto is "Make It Happen," meaning we will give you the support, structure and latitude to grow your skills without a ceiling on your capabilities Job Summary:The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for performing site inspections, estimates and running multiple projects at one time with a strong attention to detail. Primary job duties include:Duties/Responsibilities:Bid projects ($1-$10 million in revenues)Generate accurate, complete, and timely estimates and budgetsArticulate scope and value of work to clients and team members Manage project "buy out" of materials and subcontractorsManage material submittal processPrepare and execute subcontract agreementsSetup project budget for export to Foundation & HeavyJobManage project costs & change OrdersPrepare and submit monthly invoicingPrepare and communicate project schedulesRequired Skills/Abilities:Proficient in estimating & management platforms -HCSS HeavyBid & HeavyJobAligned with Company Core Values (Growth mindset, team player, results driven) Ability to recognize and solve problemsAble to manage multiple projects at one timeStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountableProficient in written and verbal communicationAbility to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completionStrong understanding of formal project management methodologiesExperience as a construction project managerBudget management Education and Experience:5+ years' experience as an estimatorEstablished background in Construction industryProficient in Agtek, Quickmeasure and Microsoft OfficeA bachelor's degree or masters degree in a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
