Overview:Earn $19.50-$20.50/hr. - -Joining our California's Great America team means you'll be responsible for assisting guests needs and providing guest service to the Cedar Fair standards. - -You'll also---

• Answer guests calls in the Call Center, while providing great guest service.
• Document and resolves guest conflict.
• Assist guests with park inquiries.
• Assist guests with lost and found items.
• Assist in reuniting lost parties and uses security assistance when necessary.
