Job Description
We are looking for experienced Solar Electric Installation Crew Lead to join our team! The Crew Lead is responsible for managing the solar installation crew and for the successful implementation of all aspects of the installation process. You are personally responsible of the electrical wiring of the solar array and/or systems. You will also troubleshoot, test the systems and complete customer orientation.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
Complete installations in a timely manner, leaving a clean and orderly work area
Assign duties to the installation crew ensuring an efficient installation
Train new technicians and detect and mitigate any hazards associated with installation
Collect payment and fill out paperwork properly

Qualifications
- Ability to read plans and layout system as designed on roof
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Desire to exceed customer's expectations
- Clean DMV record and Driver's license required
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs
