Systems AnalystPeriod: 07/17/2022 to 12/18/2023Location: Remote USType: Temp to PermInterview Process:- Up to 1 hour video beginning to end (multiple interviews possible, may have panel)- Head shot must be provided 24 hours prior to interview- If there is any issue with the interview or video, the interview will end.- If hired, the candidate will be expected to be on camera during every business meetingSummary:The Senior Analyst - Systems Analysis position is responsible for providing systems analysis for systems implementation and software development projects. This position will work with the business to provide business requirement solutions using client requirements development practices. The position will also develop and manage requirements, create user stories or use cases, write and execute test cases as needed, and provide support for system stakeholders as needed.Top Skills Required for this Position:--- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in systems analysis--- Expert proficiency in SQL and Data Modelling concepts--- Exceptional analytical and design thinking skills--- Experience working with a diverse set of business and stakeholder groups--- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical requirements--- Excellent requirements and technical documentation skills--- Proven track record of following through on commitments--- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsResponsibilities / Tasks:--- Collaborate, or lead collaboration, with business stakeholders to identify and document system level requirements--- Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria--- Analyze and manage business and systems process flows--- Work comfortably within waterfall or agile project teams to understand how present and future business needs may impact solutions--- Support and contribute to all requirements management best practices and procedures--- Participate in systems testing and UAT activities as needed--- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts--- Exhibit strong writing skills to communicate information effectively to multiple levels--- Become a subject matter expert in client product offerings
