Responsibilities for Support Associate - - - - - - - -Perform various tasks in CRM (Salesforce) - - - - - - - -Manage organization of requests from sales representatives - - - - - - - -Complete updates and tasks within company Account Management systems - - - - - - - -Create Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis - - - - - - - -Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling phone calls - - - - - - - -Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure requests are processed promptly - - - - - - - -Distribute reports to sales representatives and teams -Requirements for Support Associate - - - - - - - -Experience with data entry and technology - - - - - - - -Positive, proactive, and professional attitude - - - - - - - -Superb attention to detail - - - - - - - -Working knowledge of Microsoft products especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word - - - - - - - - -Basic data manipulation skills preferred: - - - - - - - -Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and multi-task - - - - - - - -Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn, curious by nature - - - - - - - -Highly organized and driven to succeed and make a meaningful contribution in your work - - - - - - - -Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - - - - - - - -Ability to quickly learn company systems for processing tasks and CRM software systems/service, and adapt to changes in company systems over time
