Job Description We are lookingto hire a Secretary Office Manager to join our Company. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Responsibilities: Phone Experience Payroll Processing Creating and maintaining Spreadsheets Manage records and information Plan and maintain work schedules Encourage and improve cross-department internalcommunication Perform other office tasks (orderingsupplies, distribute mail, filing, custodial duties, etc.) Qualifications: Strong leadership qualities Previous experience in administrative services Ability to prioritize andmulti-task Strong organizational skills Computer Skills Deadline and detail-oriented Self-Starter Attention to detail Company Description Punctual, Responsible, Customer friendly, Self Starter, Energetic, a great attitude 3 years experience with a residential and or commercial plumbing company.
