Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented associate with experience in a mailroom environment and or digital printing warehouse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running digital printing machines, feeding machines with paper, organizing prints and papers to ensure easy feeding to machine to be printed This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Some of these roles may require computer knowledge, such as navigating files and problem solving to run print machines as well as the ability to organize bundles of mail to be sent out properly and precisely to different zip codes or individuals. Duties Sort and bundle prints to be mailed and packages to appropriate departments or individuals. Prepare outgoing mail by weighing, labeling, and affixing postage. Machine feeding for digital printing Perform quality control checks on outgoing materials to ensure accuracy in layout design and color management. Collaborate with other departments to fabricate or digital print materials as needed. Operate CNC machinery for specific mailroom tasks when required. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with color management processes and quality control standards. Previous experience in a mailroom and digital printing room or similar environment is advantageous. Knowledge of prepress processes, digital printing techniques, and basic machining skills is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
