litigation with proactive client advisory, working with prominent
construction clients across both private and public sectors. You'll

mentorship, balance, and professional growth. What You'll Do:
Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions,
and trial prep Draft and negotiate construction-related contracts
Manage complex discovery and client communications Participate in
mediations, arbitrations, and trials Counsel clients to avoid and
resolve disputes before they escalate What You Bring: Civil
litigation experience (5–7 years), excluding insurance litigation
Strong writing, case management, and oral advocacy skills A
construction law background is a plus, but not required Proactive,
personable, and team-oriented mindset Why This Firm: Base salary
starting at $205,000 DOE Bonus structure: $7,000 for 1,850 hours,
$60–$100/hour for excess Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2
remote Work-life balance: 1,850 billable hours/year (100 can go to
