Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of
experience in product management, or a related technical role. 5
years of experience taking technical products from conception to
launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Preferred qualifications: Ability to bridge the gap between deep
technical weeds and high-level stakeholder management. Ability to
build scalable frameworks that unify distributed team use cases.
Ability to anticipate a rapidly evolving AI landscape and execute
backwards from that future state. Ability to successfully ship AI
at scale or demonstrates extreme scrappiness and rapid learning
agility. Ability to have high creativity and product craft. About

tailoring our solutions to our users. We are shifting Google Search
from just giving answers to actually getting things done seamlessly
across sites and services. The Agentic Search team is building
agentic features in AI Mode to handle the heavy lifting of complex
journeys. For every complex journey, agentic search handles
cumbersome tasks to get you optimal results, saving you time and
money for what you enjoy. In Google Search, we're reimagining what

that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand
our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and
useful experience that people around the world rely on. In joining
the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on
billions of people globally. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Create a strong, reliable foundation for agentic
features across Search. Empower users to get from start to finish
all in one place by leading complex initiatives like web agent
cache, native checkout, and UCP. Serve as a operator, digging deep
into technical details while simultaneously managing high-level
stakeholders and pivoting to handle our hardest problems. Build
frameworks that empower distributed client teams to deliver
cohesive agentic use cases across the product. Use your AI fluency
and visionary thinking to parse a rapidly changing AI landscape,
execute backwards from the future, and define features that have no
precedent.
