empowerment. Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java,
HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and
NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker
and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services. Minimum
Requirements : Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree
in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics,
Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
quantitative field and 4 years of experience performing software
engineering. In lieu of a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree
in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated,
employer will accept 6 years of experience as stated. Must have 1
year of experience using one of the following cloud computing
technologies: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Must pass
company assessment. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired
concurrently. Position reports to San Francisco, CA office.
Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must
live within commuting distance of stated office. Eligible for
Employee Referral Program. The minimum and maximum full-time annual
salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note
that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked. San Francisco,
California $240,000 to $340,000 for Senior Lead Software Engineer
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the
pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized
salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be
reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. At this time,
