Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in software
development. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership
role. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer
Science or related technical field. 10 years of experience with
software development in one or more programming languages (e.g.,
Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 5 years of experience in a
technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of
experience in a people management role. 3 years of experience
working in a structured organization. Ability to technically mentor
team members and grow technical experience and leadership within
the team. Ability to coach and support team members in their career

technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across
multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee

internationally. In this role, you will reshape how end users
onboard to, and experience public cloud in the AI era. Your role
will be a ground up re-invention of multiple identity flows in GCP.

most critical business problems. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Direct and build a team of individual contributors
to re-engineer GCP onboarding. Build the solution as a platform, so
that elements of the solution can be rapidly re-packaged to support
different identity scenarios across GCP. Navigate multiple large
engineering organizations and align engineering efforts across
them. Be responsible for regularly presenting the project's
progress to executive leadership. Architect solutions that balance
a frictionless user experience with stringent security and
compliance requirements. Build, manage, and mentor a
multi-disciplinary engineering team capable of touching multiple
layers of the GCP/Google identity stack.
