Agentic Commerce Partnerships will support the development and
execution of strategic partnerships and commercialization for
Visa's agentic commerce initiatives. This role is central to
shaping Visa's presence in emerging agentic ecosystems, where
intelligent agents transact, negotiate, and orchestrate commerce on
behalf of users and businesses. You will work across the ecosystem
of companies building AI-powered platforms, AI agents, and the
enabling infrastructure for secure, programmable payments. This is
an opportunity to join Visa's newly created Global Growth Products
and Partnerships team, which leads the rollout and
commercialization of industry-leading innovation products with
strategic partners. The focus will be on developing new agentic
commerce business lines, product integrations, and partnerships
across priority AI-native segments, while helping translate
early-stage concepts into scalable commercial outcomes. The ideal
candidate will bring experience in, or a strong passion for,
AI-driven product ecosystems, generative AI workflows, and emerging
technology platforms. You will have the ability to translate
technical capabilities into clear value propositions and commercial
models. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking,
solutioning, partnership development, and execution. This includes
developing a deep understanding of Visa's capabilities and partner
needs, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes such as
non-traditional deal structures, pilots and proofs-of-concept, new
product or market launches, and the growth of existing business
lines. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Structure and
execute commercial agreements with digital platforms, AI companies,
fintechs, and key technology partners across Visa's ecosystem.
Develop and deepen vertical and segment expertise across priority
growth areas, including generative AI, payments, data, and embedded
financial services. Develop partner-facing collateral, including
pitch decks, solution briefs, and go-to-market toolkits, that
clearly articulate Visa's value proposition in agentic commerce and
support scalable commercialization. Support the design and
execution of go-to-market strategies for AI-native platforms and
emerging digital ecosystems, in close collaboration with sales,
product, and regional teams. Develop and refine vertical strategies
for agentic commerce, including programmable payments, network
protocols, and embedded financial intelligence. Support Visa's
engagement with agentic marketplaces and platforms, with a focus on
monetization models, trust frameworks, and agent identity. Product
Partnerships and Solutioning: Identify and champion opportunities
to embed Visa capabilities into agentic and AI-driven workflows,
working closely with product and technology leaders to structure
business cases and integration approaches. Support discovery,
ideation, and product solutioning with partners in a thoughtful and
creative manner, while collaborating with internal stakeholders
including product owners, engineers, and sales specialists. Lead
solutioning efforts with partners building agentic interfaces and
execution layers, ensuring Visa products are natively integrated
into agent decision-making and transaction flows. Help translate
complex technical concepts into clear narratives for internal and
external audiences, supporting bespoke and non-standard partnership
models. Thought Leadership: Provide market, partner, and client
feedback to Visa product teams to inform roadmap development,
prioritization decisions, and commercialization strategies.
Contribute to the development of an agent-ready narrative for Visa,
supporting the company's leadership position across AI-driven
commerce ecosystems. Support exploration and evaluation of
strategic partnerships and investments in agentic startups and
foundational AI technologies that enable scalable agentic commerce.
