Job Description:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a recognized leader in comprehensive security solutions, is looking for a dedicated Security GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) Analyst. This position is critical in our mission to provide robust security monitoring, incident response, and communication services for homes, workplaces, and communities. In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies alongside tactical expertise in an effort to preemptively manage threats and maintain security integrity across all properties. Monitor global intelligence sources and internal security feeds to identify potential risks and security threats. Analyze and assess security incident alerts, escalating complex issues to appropriate response teams. Coordinate communications between field officers, management, and emergency services during security incidents. Maintain logs of security events and generate daily incident reports to keep the management team informed. Conduct post-incident analysis and compile detailed reports for stakeholders outlining cause, impact, and corrective measures. Support continual improvement of the GSOC by participating in drills and training sessions, and suggesting improvements to protocols and tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in security software and databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions Experience with information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - ASIS preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications
