Full-Time OnsiteOur Award Winning Client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a General Manager for daily operations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized organization that has received numerous awards for excellence in the industry.Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations as the heir apparent to the Senior General Manager.
Manage profit and loss accounts to achieve financial objectives.
Oversee a diverse team of direct reports and collaborate with the management team.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate and execute various events, including MLB games, concerts, and corporate functions.
Supervise food and beverage operations, including club levels, concessions, suites, and catering services.
Drive creativity and innovation within the food and beverage offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.Job Skills and Technical Skills Required:
F&B Management in large venue with revenues exceeding $40 million.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Client management experience.
