is the Digital Workplace Services Team responsible for?The Digital
Workplace Services Team is the Shared Service team responsible for
Intelligent Automation within the enterprise focused on supporting
various Automation tools (Xceptor, Microsoft Power Platform,
Alteryx). Our goal is to become the business process transformation
partner to various LOBs (Line of Business) to improve the ability
to empower our employees, optimize our operations, and transform
our ways of working. We work with various LOBs to help with process
improvement, process automation, with focus on governance. What is
the Lead Software Engineer - Alteryx responsible for?
- Working closely with business partners to understand their
requirements and challenges around data analytics
- Translating these requirements into a technical solution,
making use of Alteryx
- Analyzing and defining tasks, data flows and dependencies
necessary to scope and deliver complex technical projects
- Developing and maintaining advanced analytics and other BI
solutions, using the full suite of Alteryx products
- Developing and delivering knowledge transfer and training to
business partners
- Assisting with citizen development initiatives for Alteryx, and
helping to put together best practices and governance
- Contributing to building the pipeline for our team by spotting
opportunities for future work and building, modifying, and
presenting demos
- Working on R&D side project -- individually or as part of a
team
- In the future, assisting with other automation tools within the
teamWhat ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help
someone to be successful?
- 10+ years of comprehensive Alteryx software experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
(verbal and written)
- Ability and passion to learn new technologies and work in a
team environment
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Xceptor, or Power Platform is a plus
- Domain understanding of Asset Management industry, or
functional expertise in Finance, HR, Audit, SalesOps, Marketing is
a plusWhat technology skill sets are critical to the success of
this role?
- 10+ years Alteryx software experience
- 3 - 5+ years of consulting experience
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling and development
- Significant prior project management or team lead
experience
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting

in making compensation decisions including but not limited to
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At
Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all
aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration
in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position
to range between $115,000 and
