Seeking innovative, experienced SAP FICO Analyst to help our business partners maximize the value of our SAP investment. As the FICO analyst you will partner closely with the Treasure subject matter experts across the organization to influence the SAPFI strategic roadmap and shape solutions that enable our business partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The SAP FICO analyst is responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to gather requirements, create solution designs, configure the SAP FI module, develop test plans and coordinate end-user testing. Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance in identifying and using standard SAP transactions or design and propose enhancements that may be required by business
• Create appropriate test data and manage the move to production while following all change and release processes
• Cooperates in certain aspects of user consulting, systems analysis, general systems design, vendor contracts and detail systems design; learns user functions, organization, and role in the enterprise to the extent required. Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems' technology strategy, standards, and processes Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflow Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on) as required Perform unit and integration testing on our SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers, as needed to ensure high quality solutions Act as liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross functional teams Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years knowledge and experience in SAP FICO module
  • 2+ years experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Working knowledge to complete design, configuration, and testing for the FI-AP, FI-AR and SD modules.
  • Knowledgeable in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Functional knowledge of accounting and finance key business operations
  • Previously led at least 1 small to medium complexity initiative
  • Knowledgeable in SAP FI object hierarchy, e.g., Company Code, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and presenting information in a clear and concise manner both verbal and written Desired Qualifications: Certification in SAP FICO Certification Experience in SAP S/4 Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Knowledge of Agile SCRUM or KANBAN framework Previous experience working in a ticket management system such as Jira, Client ALM, SysAid, etc. $100-110k/annually
