Job Description:
--- Recruit- Making cold/warm calls to recruit new agents to our
brokerage and Call on insurance licensed agents with a goal of
creating new business relationships.
--- Ability to warm and cold call/work with transfers from cold
calls
--- Hit targets and goals given to you
--- Ability to warm and cold call/work with transfers from cold
calls
--- Hit targets and goals given to you
--- Build and maintain relationships with a large volume of agents
throughout the territory
--- On-Board (processing new contract) and train new agents.
--- Coordinate training and events for agents. (Provide monthly
calendar of activities).
--- Distribute marketing bonus (mailers and advertising) and
leads.
--- Assisting agent with their certifications.
--- Administrative assistant (entering database, filing records,
sending and receiving faxes answering telephone calls, and relaying
messages, scanning, and uploading documents).
--- Serve as a back-up for other jobs as necessary.
