Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser Now hiring Part Time Retail
Sales Merchandisers to collaborate and strategize with store
managers to improve sales and execute on client expectations. As a
Retail Sales Merchandiser you will demonstrate outstanding customer
service and selling skills by assisting customers, answering
questions, and suggesting items of value to build customer loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well organized,
detail oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

experienceGuaranteed 24 hours of work weeklyAvailability Friday –
SundayShifts are typically 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm$1,000 per month car
and cell phone allowanceUp to $250 incentive bonus for specific
KPIsConsultative Selling ResponsibilitiesDevelop key relationships
with store and market managersEnsure proper product placement that
delivers best visibilitySuccessfully secure front end and main
aisles presence of client productsAnalyze business needs to
identify growth opportunitiesDevelop sales plans to close sales
gaps and deliver resultsTimely and accurate
reportingQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalent
experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferredAccess to reliable
transportation within your territory is criticalPrevious retail
sales experience preferredExcellent written and verbal
communication skillsStrong computer skills and daily Internet
accessMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiencyAchieving
ResultsGrowing POS for client brands by selling incremental display
locations, selling the execution of plan-o-gramed locations,
executing initiatives as well as maintaining in stock
conditions.
