Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist -
Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Shift: 5x8s
- Days Work Experience: Outpatient only. 2 years of experience
preferred Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree:
Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016
License: Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life
Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required 39403
