Our Values: Put Patients First Empower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams Operate with Integrity & Excellence Be Innovative Work As One Team What You'll Do Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult/pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices Collaborate with the patient and patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data Refer to specialists when appropriate Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals Qualifications Unrestricted and active California Nurse Practitioner License Current BLS, ACLS certification Current California DEA certificate prior to start date Proficiency with EMRs Must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin You’re Great for This Role If You Have: At least one year of experience working as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner Internal medicine or primary care experience Interest in working with Medicare patients Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The clinic is located at 1518 Noriega St, San Francisco, CA 94122. The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $174,000 yearly.
