staffing agency, is seeking experienced Neonatal Intensive Care
Unit (NICU) Nurses to join our dynamic team. This position offers

providing critical care to the youngest patients. NICU Nurses play
a pivotal role in assessing newborns' conditions, administering
treatments, and supporting family members in understanding their

newborns in NICU settings. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or
changes in patients' conditions. Interpret diagnostic tests and
coordinate daily clinical operations with healthcare teams. Educate
parents and families on baby care and treatment plans. Participate
in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes.
Proficiency in neonatal ventilators and patient monitoring systems.
Strong understanding of neonatal health problems and intensive care
protocols. Exceptional communication and compassionate patient care
skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification. Certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (RNC-NIC)
preferred.
