Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Occupational Therapist. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patients to assess their therapy needs, developing individual rehabilitation plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and functionality. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support. Maintaining accurate patient records and adjusting treatments based on progress will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques, with a focus on patient recovery and independence Strong foundation in Medicine, particularly as it relates to rehabilitation practices Experience in Rehabilitation and developing tailored treatment plans Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy CPR certification and the ability to perform physical tasks as required
