details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position The RN Case Manager
coordinates patient care, develops and monitors care plans,
educates patients and families, and ensures compliance with
facility and insurance guidelines. Requires an active RN license,
1–2 years of nursing experience, BLS certification, and strong
communication and organizational skills. ACLS or CCM is a plus.
Requirements Requirements: Active RN license in [State]. Minimum
1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in case management or
acute care. Strong knowledge of care coordination, discharge
planning, and utilization management. Excellent communication,
critical thinking, and organizational skills. BLS certification
required; additional certifications (ACLS, CCM) preferred. Benefits
