Responsibilities As the Market Manager of Employee Health Services for the Sacramento and Northern State Division, handle strategy and risk management in Employee Health and Workers' Comp functions. The Market Manager is responsible for managing and directing hospital wide Employee Health and Workers' Compensation programs including ensuring pre-employment physicals, immunizations, Tuberculosis screening and follow-up, work related injuries and illnesses, communicable diseases, exposures and/or follow-up. The Employee Health Services Market Manager will pursue a reduction in Workers' Compensation costs with a focus on effective management of the Workers' Compensation and Transitional Work programs. Current California RN license Current BLS certification issued by the AHA Proven leadership and decision making skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to develop and establish positive working relationships with individuals at various levels of an organization. Strong written and verbal communications and analytical skills to manage and direct the Employee Health and Workers' Compensation programs, including the development and implementation of policies and programs. Computer skills required
