role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to drive
our next-generation platform strategy that powers our iconic brands
of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help
define the product roadmap by working with other product management
counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities that
will positively impact the customer experience.What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Product Managers in prioritizing roadmaps and
backlogs, working closely with engineering teams to deliver and
test quality software.
- Develop and manage project plans and stakeholder engagement
strategies for all initiatives.
- Build relationships with key business partners and brand
stakeholders; clearly and succinctly communicate product needs to
diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to
introduce continual process, tools, and methodology
improvements.
- Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product
strategies.
- Provide research, analysis, and support for evaluating and
resolving strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their
implementation.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and end results; set policies and
strategic direction for the team.Who You Are
- 7+ years of Product Management experience and a Bachelor's
Degree.
- Technical knowledge necessary to propose and influence new
product and feature ideas, especially in platforms, APIs, and
complex customer capabilities.
- Demonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate
solutions with technical team members, understand technology
solutions and tradeoffs, and communicate technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Operationalize product metrics and build business cases for new
investments.
- Thrive in understanding complexity and transforming it into
simple user experiences.
- Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of
information (internal and external).
- Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex
problems; adept at presenting to leadership.
- Deep understanding of concepts and procedures within own
subject area and awareness of related areas.Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira, Jira Plan, and Confluence.
- Experience with Headless, Tailwind CSS, and API platforms.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- People leadership experience in managing product management

Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, skill
level, and location, meeting or exceeding minimum wage
requirements.
