Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager in the cloud
computing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft contracts related to cloud technologies and
data privacy
Handle IaaS software agreements
Work closely with the legal group on various projects
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in making amendments to legal contracts
Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
is a plus
Comprehensive understanding of data privacy laws and
regulations
Familiarity with cloud technologies and their associated legal
implications
Extensive legal knowledge, particularly in the area of contract
law
