Location: Sunnyvale CA
Pay Rate: $38.00-$41.35Title: HR Employee Experience
ManagerDURATION: 6month contractPay:$41.35** BACKGROUND CHECK AND
DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED*The Employee Experience Project Manager (EE
PM) is a member of a global HR Connect (Shared Services) team who
will effectively use their strong foundational knowledge of HR to
provide all manners of information, advice, and resources to
colleagues throughout their lifecycle. The EE PM is responsible for
implementing and managing initiatives that enhance the overall
employee experience. This role will require someone who will thrive
in managing multiplecross-functionalprojects and working with a
global team to drive improvements.Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Experience: Create and manage onboarding programs
that support new hires, and help managers plan and execute a
thoughtful and thorough onboarding experience.
- Employee Engagement: Support defined HR processes including but
not limited to I9 administration, off-boarding, manage hire,
off-cycle salary changes, Annual Performance and Bonus planning
cycles, and maintaining data integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with HRIT to maintain the HR Central
onboarding portal and utilize web editing tools to maintain the
internal HR web pages.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to
employee experience, ensuring timely and successful completion by
working closely with HR Centers of Excellence and other functional
areas of the business.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven decision-making to
assess the success of onboarding and engagement initiatives, making
continuous improvements to enhance the employee experience.Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of
the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to
drive decision-making.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including onboarding and
engagement platforms.Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on
employee experience, engagement, or related areas.We encourage
