Position Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for
organizing, directing and professionally developing the sales team
to execute sales strategies to maximize sales and profitable

Sales Team to drive profitable Company revenue.
Responsible for hiring, training, motivating and performance
Ensure monthly sales budget and sales goals are met.
Develop & implement sales strategy & marketing plan.
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
Present weekly reports on sales progress.
Conduct weekly meeting to review activity & motivate sales
Solicit new customers, provide quotes, and prepare bids as
Meet regularly with existing customers to reinforce positive
Review Service Agreements for T & C's, pricing & accuracy of
Maintain awareness of market behavior and competitive trends.
Perform other duties as may be assigned. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED 2 years waste industry sales experience preferred.
Negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating through a
design sales approach.
Prepare for and execute cold calls to influence potential customers
into setting appointments with the purpose of presenting and
selling Atlas Disposal services.
Demonstrate organizational, problem solving, and follow-up
Maintain a good customer relationship.
Proficient use of a PC and Atlas Disposal sales tools.
Professional communication skills; written and verbal. EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related
degree, or equivalent experience.
