Enterprise Sales will report to the SVP of Sales & Growth. We are
looking for an individual contributor to directly contribute to
revenue acquisition and growth for Marketing Evolution. This person
will have extensive sales and business development experience with
a proven history of driving significant and measurable revenue
performance attainment. The ideal candidate will possess a
combination of experience across SaaS, Consultative Services,
MarTech, Data & Analytics industry with a core B2B offering. How
you will contribute:Engage Ideal Custom Profile decision-makers at
relevant prospect companies in dialogue on how we can help them
achieve their goals and/or overcome their challengesIdentify,
qualify and nurture leads through all stages of the conversion
pipelineCreate, manage and advance a pipeline of qualified
opportunities to reliably hit aggressive revenue and deal-value
targetsLeverage internal subject matter experts at appropriate
points in the funnelEfficiently gather relevant client information
through research and discovery and write effective proposals,
including constructing clear financial business casesMaintain the
discipline of transparent pipeline management and documentation to
ensure OKRs and revenue attainment targets are met.Keep current
with relevant industry and job knowledge by attending conferences,
participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in
professional organizationsStay current on knowledge of competitors'
products and service offerings.Positively contribute to the culture

Requirements10+ years of progressive sales experience, in
commercially focused roles, and selling complex servicing products
and consultative servicesBachelor's degree requiredFormal sales
training and/or certification requiredMust have exceptional
communications skills (both verbal and written) and a strong drive
to help customers with creative solutions. Strong presentation
skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or
videoconference.Experience in selling digital and or marketing
services and technology solutions to marketers preferredAn
extensive client Rolodex of decision-makers across Fortune 500
brands is a major advantage.Demonstrated use of analytics to
measure and improve sales activities using modern sales tool
platforms such as Outreach, Hubspot, SixSense, Zoom, GoogleMeet,
Salesforce, Vidyard, etc.Use and leverage of an investment/ROI
based solution selling approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment with ability to manage change
seamlesslyAbility to drive organizational change through a sales
process across a wide range of industries and business
sizesExperience building credibility and interest with client
stakeholders at the C-Suite level and down to successfully drive
partnerships and growthAn entrepreneurial mindset with experience
of turning ideas into action into resultsSelf-starter with a hunter
mentality and a passion and drive to win new businessExperience of
working with a marketing team to drive leads and generate new
businessBehaviors You Will Need to SucceedWell organized, with
attention to detail.During the sales process, the person will
develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain
and grow revenues over time. Manage complex contract negotiations
and work with legal counsel as required. Champion client's
agreement to purchase through order, design, and implementation
phases.Interface with, and as needed, give direction to other
departments such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer
Success to ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
Assist with marketing strategy and sales support.Maintain ongoing
customer relationships with travel to our serving areas as
needed.Participate in revenue budget forecasting and ongoing budget
variance reporting. Continually evaluate business processes and
recommend improvements. Expectations:The annual revenue goal and
expectation is that the employee will bring in $2M ARR that comes
through either Acquisition or Upsell revenue. Variable compensation
is awarded for these as well renewal agreements on the rep's
