Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for transactions covering
Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Arkansa, Nebraska, Texas, Ohio and
Iowa.
- Directs and oversees as necessary the analysis and negotiating
efforts for all real estate transactions with an NPV over $1
million dollars including: ambulatory site selection leasing
structuring joint ventures and related projects system wide.
- Directs supervision and leadership of Area Managers responsible
for the cost effective on time delivery of ambulatory projects
through integration of design build and other appropriate
methodologies.
- Has overall responsibility for the timely accurate and
thoughtful financial analysis and recommendations concerning
acquisitions dispositions mergers joint ventures leasing ownership
structuring and site selection for real estate.
- Oversee the collection interpretation and reporting of
ambulatory metrics to support Sr Leadership understanding of the
cost and efficiencyimpacts of RE decisions on the cost and quality
of non-acute spaces.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Engineering Architecture
Finance or a combination of education and/or additional job-related
experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum ten (10) years experience providing leadership
financial joint venture and new business structuring environment
and financial due diligence clinical and non-acute project
delivery-related transactional services; and experience in
leveraging staff models that work with multiple brokers architects
environmental and real estate professionals in the provision and
analysis of healthcare projects; and experience working with
complex large-scale relational databases statistical programs and
other tools to compile and interpret quantitative data. Licensure:
- None specified. This is a remote work opportunity. A
compensation range of $104,000 - $140,000 is the reasonable
estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for
this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of
posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the
