Job Description:
Are you a licensed Journeyman Electrician with a passion for
leadership and a desire to excel in industrial automation? Join our
dynamic team as we embark on a search for a talented individual to
lead our small crews through diverse nationwide projects. Key
Responsibilities: * Lead a small crew of electricians through
various industrial automation projects. * Ensure adherence to
safety protocols and quality standards. * Collaborate with project
managers to meet project deadlines and objectives. * Troubleshoot
electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently. *
Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best
practices. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a
fast-paced environment. * Ability to travel nationwide to project
sites as needed. Requirements: * Valid Journeyman Electrician
license. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
and inspire a team. * Experience running a crew * Basic knowledge
of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide
training for the right candidate. * Willingness to learn and grow
within the industrial automation field. * Positive attitude and
excellent communication skills. * Willingness to travel nationwide
