Description
The AMMLab, housed within the Division of Engineering at New York
University Abu Dhabi, is seeking to appoint a Research Associate to
contribute to the development of microfluidic-based platforms for
biological and clinical applications. The appointed individual will
lead innovative projects in the emerging areas of polymer and
paper-based microfluidics, targeting applications involving live
mammalian and bacterial cells, biochemical assays, and clinical
samples such as blood, urine, and saliva for biosensing
purposes.
Our research group has developed a range of microfluidic
technologies for biomedical and clinical applications. The
successful candidate will be expected to advance these technologies
across different biological models and contribute to other projects
involving microfluidic systems for various biomedical uses. The
candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment composed of
PhD-level scientists, doctoral students, and full-time
researchers.
