• Monitor Central Plant Operations; perform daily readings and testing.
• Maintain all HVAC equipment in guestrooms, public areas, and function rooms.
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians as needed.
• Work on other equipment as required.
• Maintain inventory and order HVAC supplies.
• Understand Omni fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols.
• Follow Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Manage all water treatment processes.
• Keep accurate refrigerant logs.
• Understand HAZCOM, Lockout/Tagout, and Bloodborne Pathogen programs.
• Be certified in Refrigerant Recovery.
• Hold any required licenses.
• Ensure the work area is clean, dry, and free of hazards.QualificationsQualifications
  • Previous maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
  • At least one year of experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment; refrigeration experience is a plus.
  • Experience responding to emergency situations.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and computer skills; guest satisfaction focus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to crawl, bend, reach overhead, squat, and kneel.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
