If your ideal job offers you exceptional compensation and benefits and potential for career growth, this is a good fit!How you will make an impact- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly- Perform duties beyond formal job responsibilities- Work closely with executive team and partners to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation- Analyze deliverables of self and team to confirm they meet client expectations- Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals- Each month, present executive committee and partners with financial reports- Handle monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment- Proven analytical skills - defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines- CPA or MBA preferred- Prior work in technology, analytics and management experience desired- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds- Strong attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Prior work done in public accounting is desired- Self-starter and strong ethical standards- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue recognition- Command of Sales Tax- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferredRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
