Our services run the gamut from day-to-day accounting and payroll to more specialized and unique services such as process improvement, fraud investigation and review.We are looking to add an Accounting Manager to our growing team that has experience in supporting multiple clients and deadlines while overseeing a team of staff accountants and AP/AR and Payroll Specialists. Our team is supported by a warm environment with a growth-mindset and ample opportunities for training.Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Provide analysis for financial and operational efficiencyOversee month-end close, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.Manage and foster banking and other relationshipsPerforms monthly journal entries and reconciles general ledger accountsKnowledge of all core and fixed asset accounting principlesExperience with Cost AccountingReview costs for optimal budget planningEvaluate reporting systemsAbility to prepare custom reports for clients as requestedMentor junior accounting team to improve capabilityCoordinate with Tax CPA for planning and timely submission of year end packageQualifications and SkillsMinimum of 3 years experience in financial statement close, work in progress reporting, as well as asset and depreciation schedules.Familiarity with intercompany transactions.QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation experience a plus.Strong customer service background.In depth knowledge of construction industry including job costing, liens, and waivers preferred.Exceptional leadership qualities.Ability to work under pressure .Ability to multitask is required.BenefitsCompetitive salaryEstablished career path and room for growthPerformance incentives401(k), PTO, medical, dental, visionEncouraging environment with fantastic people
